How this section works
This is the "academic track" -- a forum designed to
promote debate and discussion of this constitutional theory among law professors, professors in other
academic fields, students, lawyers, and other interested people.
If you have a comment that you would like included with any of the
articles formatted for commentary in the left column, please e-mail:
bcarney@bobcarneyjournal.com
What is "Commentary Format" The article text is in the middle
column, with reference numbers to the left of the text, to facilitate
matching up the two formats. Two "commentary" columns are
available for summaries of comments and questions. These
commentary columns serve two purposes. 1. They let you
move quickly to more detail on topics covered in summary form. 2. They
represent an agenda for further study and research. Notes in
these commentary columns can be linked to a) additional material on this
site, which you can submit for publication, b) material on your own
site, and c) other internet sources.
Note to academics and students. Any help you can
give in writing and commenting on this theory is greatly appreciated.
Because this theory is so new, and so different from the current
understanding, academics and students will naturally want to study these
issues very carefully before staking their reputations on it. At
the same time, this is a practical theory, in the context of current
events that are fast moving. In this context, you are encouraged to
state your views as preliminary, but in the interests of a quicker pace
to the discussion and commentary, please do provide any preliminary
questions, insights and conclusions you can offer. |
