Introduction and Overview

Because the main thesis of my new book is a new Constitutional theory, I am contacting as many Newspapers and Radio Stations as I can. My goal is to initiate a debate, and more study, of the theory. If a consensus emerges that this theory is correct, then my goal is for Congress to hold hearings, and for appropriate legislation to be enacted that will put this new Constitutional understanding on a solid legislative foundation. I want to involve five groups: 1) Constitutional Law Professors, 2) All Lawyers and Law Students, 3) Members and Staff of Congress, 4) the Media, and 5) Citizens. This web site is intended to serve as a way of promoting and coordinating discussion of this Constitutional theory within and among these groups.

This section is provided to update the media on information regarding both the book and the Constitutional theory. The topic categories are described below. If you have any questions about any of these topics, don't hesitate to call me.

1) Media Contact Person. I am seeking to work with one Media Contact Person in either the News department or the Editorial department at newspapers and radio stations. The initial list of Media Contact Persons represents people I have already sent initial information regarding my book and Constitutional theory. I am sending a letter to this group, explaining what I am doing, and asking them to agree to be the Media Contact Person for their organization by returing a postcard. Based on the response, and an additional mailing, the Media Contact list will be updated in two weeks.

If you agree to be a Media Contact Person for your Newspaper or Radio Station, my primary contact to you will be to send you a postcard every two or three weeks with basic information about what is going on with the book and the Constitutional theory. Your name will be listed on this page as the Media Contact for your news organization. Depending on your own level of interest, you can decide what (if anything) you want to do beyond the minimal involvement of reading the post cards. You can always simply refer people to this web site.

2) News Releases. This section lists News Releases related to The Nixon-Clinton Impeachment: A New Constitutional Theory. The News Releases are in chronological order, most recent first, with the headline, the lead paragraph, and a hyperlink to the rest of the news release.

3) Reviews. I am seeking written reviews of my book from both Constitutional Law Professors and Law Students. Anyone who is willing to write a review is welcome to call me. As soon as I receive the first review, I will publish it at this web site. All material published at this web site is copyrighted. If you want to publish a review of the book in your newspaper, please contact the designated contact person.

4) Expert Contact/Speaker's List. I am seeking to develop a list of Constitutional Law Professors who will be willing to answer questions from the media about this new theory. For each participating Professor, the Professor's name, law school, and a phone number (direct or academic department), will be published at this web site. A Speakers Bureau listing will also be included, indicating the Professor's optional availability to speak to various audiences regarding this Constitutional theory.

5) Articles/Letters for Publication. One appropriate way for newspapers to let readers know about my new Constitutional theory is to publish an Article or a Letter to the Editor about the theory. Please consider the Article(s) and the Letter(s) to the Editor published here as editorial submissions to your Newspapers. If you want to publish these, please call me to make arrangements.
